How will I know has received my order? 

After you place your order, you will receive an email from acknowledging that your order has been received.

If for any reason any of the items you have ordered are no longer available we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like a replacement item or a refund.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship you will receive an email from our delivery partner with all the relevant tracking number and contact information for your order.


How can I check the delivery status on my order?

When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email from our deliver partner ShipStation. Once in receipt of this tracking number, you can check the current status of your delivery via shipping carrier, such as US postal office or UPS.


What is your Return & Exchange policy?

We at stride to have the best products online and 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange a product, you can return it to within 30 days of sale date with an approved authorization number. Claims for missing, wrong item shipped or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. What are your Shipping Methods & costs?

Our standard shipping carriers are United States Postal Service and UPS. Costs vary based on the shipping address provided and the total shipping weight of the package.


What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal

All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by BrainTree, a Paypal company.

First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder’s billing address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently.


How long will my order take to be delivered? 

All in stock orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays & weekends). We ship daily Monday – Friday.  Orders received and cleared payment by 10am Pacific Standard Time (PST) may be shipped the same day.

Standard shipping options for most continental US delivery (excluding PO boxes):

USPS first class package: 3-5 business days

USPS priority mail: 2-4 business days

UPS ground: 3-5 business days

How do I expedite my shipping? 

Expedited shipping options and fees are based on item size, weight and the delivery destination. In addition, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 10am (PST). Expedited shipping is not available for orders shipped to P.O. boxes US Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Do you price match? will match and beat any authorized dealer’s price. The product must be a matching brand, model number and color to qualify. We guarantee our products, personal service and your satisfaction
